How Do I Cancel My Order?
Unfortunately we won't be able to cancel your order if we have already started to make it, but give us a call to check.
Personalised items are very bespoke and as such are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. If we've already started to make it, it is usually unlikely that we can resell something especially if it has a date or unusual name. As we are a small studio, we make orders as they come in and just don't have the room to store stock just-in-case someone places an order that matches the item you no longer want.
Can I Return Something?
Unfortunately we can't accept returns if you change your mind about a personalised item that we have already sent or started to make. We would love to be able to accept returns on personalised items, unfortunately we just can't unless the item is faulty, or in the rare case that we have made a mistake.
