Free Colouring In Printable Sheet

Happy Monday to You!

This is our first Monday Morning Anti-Adulting Club post (note to self: think of catchier name).

We're on a mission to make Mondays less 'meh' by bringing you a moment of mindfulness, creativity and joy each week.

Inspired by my childhood core memories, I want to bring back the pure joy of stationery shopping trips, collecting colourful pens and that excitement of a new notebook. As a kid, I would get totally lost in crafting and creating - there was no screen that could compete with a colouring book and set of beautiful new colouring pencils.

I thought this week we would jump right in with a bit of colouring-in, so I've created a free downloadable PDF colouring sheet that you can print off and complete in your own time. Get your free copy of the colouring sheet here.

Please note: This colouring in sheet has been created by us for you to use and enjoy personally, but please do not share, sell or copy it. It is for personal use only.

Why is Colouring Good for You?

Colouring-in is good for you because it acts as a form of meditation and art therapy, effectively promoting mindfulness, reducing anxiety and stress. It relaxes the brain—specifically lowering activity in the fear-managing amygdala—while boosting creativity, focus, and fine motor skills.

Colouring for just 20 minutes can lower heart rate, reduce anxiety, and calm the brain, acting as a "low-stakes" creative outlet that induces a "flow state" similar to meditation.

I'd love it if you shared your coloured in images over on Instagram and gave us a little tag, @Pogofandango.
